Enable loading and placement
The app embed and app block solve different parts of installation. The embed makes Aura assets available. The product block decides where the customer interface appears.
Connect a published configurator
A correctly placed block remains empty until the product is assigned to a configurator with a published snapshot. Draft-only changes are intentionally not served to customers.
Check the system in order
Verify the active theme, embed, block, product assignment, published version, and storefront response in that order. This narrows failures without introducing fragile theme workarounds.
Common questions
Why is the embed enabled but the widget is missing?
The product template may still need the Aura app block, or the product may not have a published configurator assignment.
